Posters should be set up ideally before the Opening Ceremony at 17:45. One poster will be placed on one side of the board, and each poster spot will be given its unique number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster (sent via e-mail). Suitable fixing material will be provided and available on-site.

Please remove your poster by Sunday, 28 September 2025, 13:30. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to posters that are not removed by the specified time. Posters left behind after this time will be disposed of.

There is no specific poster session in the programme. You can make yourself available for a discussion near your poster during the coffee breaks if you wish.

TIPS FOR PREPARING YOUR POSTER

Content

    • The presenting authors are entirely responsible for the poster content.
    • Use a short descriptive title, full names of contributing authors, and their affiliations.

Make your message clear

    • Highlight your AIM and CONCLUSION using bold and colored fonts

Be brief

    • Use bullet points and only the most relevant text.
    • 200-300 words are more than enough for the main text

Pictures and graphics

    • Particular attention should be paid to the resolution of pictures. As a rule of thumb, use at least 300 dpi resolution.
    • Make use of color and graphics. At least 3 pictures or figures are recommended to graphically show your study results.

To ensure readability from a distance of 2 metres, we recommend the following minimum font sizes:

    • at least 60pt for the title;
    • at least 44pt for the authors/affiliations and possible headings of sections;
    • at least 36pt for the main body text.
