Mgr. Veronika Kern Sinová, DT is a graduate of the Alternativa Academy in art therapy. As a school special educator in elementary school and high school, she works daily with students with developmental learning disabilities, ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, as well as depression and various other mental health needs. She is the founder of POZNANIE, a civic association dedicated to individual art therapy, especially for children with special educational needs.
She also uses art therapy techniques and activities in her work with high school students, either in mentoring (guiding students on the path to discovering their own potential) or in individual counselling for relaxation or as support in coping with emotions.
